So that we could make your shots you must send us your specimens by mail or by hand delivery, we do not travel to take photos in order to have a perfect color rending. Shipping fees are at your charge, packaging parts and choice of the transport insurance are your responsibility. We will reship in the same packages and in the same conditions as those you have chosen. In any case "Le Comptoir Géologique" can not be held responsible for any damage, loss or spoliation occurring during the transport. The expenses of returns will be charged with photos and your specimen reshipped upon receipt of payment.
