Sigloite is a very rare phosphate known in wavellite and quartz geodes. It is an oxidation mineral of paravauxite that it frequently replaces (pseudomorph). Its name comes from its discovery site : the Siglo XX mine (Bolivia). Sigloite occurs in small, short prismatic to thick tabular crystals and are straw yellow to light brown in color.
