Magnificent and extremely rare red pyrope (garnet) totally gemmy of 110.05 ct photographed with backlighting. Former collection P. Cmolik. The alluvial deposit produces almost exclusively tumbled garnets intended for cutting and usually sold around 20€/ct, specimens of collections with natural faces are almost non-existent.
